During my stay, I enjoyed the clean rooms and the impressive deluxe continental breakfast provided. additionally, being just a short drive away from Chicopee Woods Nature Preserve made my weekend exploration even more enjoyable as I could easily stroll through its scenic trails.

The friendly staff made a great impression! the continental breakfast exceeded expectations.

Rooms were outdated and felt uncomfortable. Bathroom fan was loud and furniture needed repairs.

The friendly staff made a great first impression, but the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. The only redeeming features included functional A/C and appliances. however, the broken ice maker forced us to purchase ice elsewhere. The bathroom fan was noisy, the bed was sagging, and the shower curtain rod was damaged. Breakfast options were minimal, featuring mostly DIY waffles and cereal, failing to offer anything more satisfying.

The furnishings had seen better days, with noticeable wear and tear throughout the room. The bathroom fan produced a loud noise that made it nearly unusable. The bed felt uneven, with one side sagging, and many walls had stains that could have used a thorough cleaning. Limited ice availability due to a broken ice machine required us to venture out to get some ice, which felt inconvenient.
